Diversity Training Workshops, Creating A More Respectful Workplace
It’s time for a change.
Research increasingly shows that traditional diversity training does not produce lasting results. That’s why our respect-based approach is different…and why it works. By helping your managers, leaders and associates understand what “respect” is, what it looks and feels like, and why it matters, we accomplish two things. We gain their buy-in and we help build their capacity to create a workplace environment that values, supports and engages everyone.
Let us help you initiate a diversity conversation that everyone can embrace.
During our diversity training programs, participants define what respect means to them individually as well as how it benefits their organization. They build awareness, challenge old stereotypes and comfort zones, and develop communication and conflict resolution skills proven to foster a more productive, cooperative, and respectful culture.
Whether you’re introducing the topics of workplace diversity and respect for the first time or have already established a long-term diversity training initiative, we offer the content and format to fit your needs.

- Respect: The Source of Our Strength®
This highly interactive one-day diversity workshop builds upon the foundation of our four-hour process and adds important skill-building, culture shaping, and action planning content. Participants literally create their own roadmap for their personal commitment to a respectful workplace environment.
- Increasing Respect in the Workplace®
