
Tony Bennett is a professional speaker, facilitator, seminar leader and an expert in training and staff development with over 19 years of adult education experience. He has been affiliated with the Edge Learning Institute since 1998 and worked in client companies such as AT&T, The Liebert Corporation, Emerson, and most recently The McGraw-Hill Companies in leadership positions of training & staff development, human resources management and operations. Edge Learning is a 35-year-old Tacoma, WA based provider of individual, team effectiveness, employee engagement and respectful workplace training curriculums.
In 2007, Tony opened the Columbus, OH office of Edge Learning Institute in the United States. Tony has worked with thousands of professionals across North America, South Korea, The Philippines, and the Europe in the manufacturing, operations, field service, telecommunications, insurance, publishing, distribution and community health sectors. His speaking themes revolve around the topics of personal performance, organizational culture, managing change, teambuilding, leadership, employee engagement, work-life balance and customer relations.

Tony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Masters in Organizational Management. He is an active member of the local and national chapters of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). He lives with his family in Central Ohio.
