About Tony

Tony Bennett is an international speaker, coach, facilitator, seminar leader, published author and an expert in training and staff development with over 20 years of adult education experience. He has been affiliated with the Edge Learning Institute since 1998 and worked in client companies such as AT&T, The Liebert Corporation, Emerson, and The McGraw-Hill Companies in leadership positions of training & staff development, human resources management and operations.

Edge Learning is a 35-year-old Tacoma, WA based provider of individual, team effectiveness, employee engagement and respectful workplace training curriculums.

In 2007, Tony opened the Columbus, OH offices of Make It Happen Through People and Edge Learning Institute in the United States. Tony has worked with thousands of professionals across North America, South Korea, The Philippines, and Europe in the manufacturing, operations, field service, telecommunications, insurance, publishing, and distribution sectors.  His speaking themes, coaching, workshops and projects revolve around the topics of personal performance, organizational culture, managing change, team performance, leadership, employee engagement, work-life balance and customer service/customer relations.

Tony holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and a Masters in Organizational Management. He is an active member of the local and national chapters of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). He lives with his family in Columbus, Ohio.
